SmileIndex is a service operated by ZENIXIO d.o.o. We help dental practices in the Western Balkans understand and improve their visibility across AI-powered search engines. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit smileindex.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect two types of information when you visit our site:

Information you provide: when you book a free audit through our scheduling link, we collect your name, email, clinic name, and any details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country/city), device type, and referral source.

Cookies and tracking

We use the following third-party services. Google Analytics is only loaded after you give consent through our cookie banner. Calendly widget assets are loaded to enable scheduling when you choose to book an audit.
